My activities in my leisure time

In my leisure time, I have a variety of beneficial activities for my leisure time. for example, when I was holiday I often helped my parents to trade in the market in the morning until noon. After that, if my dad was busy cleaning the house I also helped out. And when everything was finished, I just went to my room and play guitar until sleepy and slept. But sometimes I just play the PlayStation at the WTC until a fair amount of time, or just playing games online.that many of my activities at leisure time.

The True Integrity

True integrity exists everywhere in nature. Everything functions together as a whole. Also, in nature time is not linear, it is cyclical, a circle of life representing a whole. The seasons change every few months, and they give each other integrity, they give each other change. Right now it is fall, and the  can fall because of the spring, summer and winter. In the winter the leaves are gone, but in the spring new leaves can grow in the place of the fallen, and in the summer the new leaves live happily giving us oxygen until they must die in the fall to start the cycle all over again. They live so they can die, and die so that they can live. The leaves have integrity because they live when it is time to live and die when it is time to die. They know these times because of their relationship to everything else, their relationship to spring, summer, fall, winter and the mechanisms of the earth that produce the seasons, and the mechanisms of the universe that make the earth.
As humans, we do not live when it is time to live because we do not live in relation to everything else, we live according to the dictates of our egos and steadily march towards death time. We do not perceive time as a circle, a whole, held together by a web made by each other and each thing because we want to have our own separate integrity, defended by the creation of linear time. This separate integrity feels assured by the steady ticking of linear time, like a heartbeat its existence is affirmed every second. It ticks until the very end, our heartbeat stops and we are no longer conscious of the ticking. The clock we have created never stops ticking, even if we can no longer hear it. It only mattered to us while we were alive, when it gave us order and what we perceive as integrity. However, the beat of the heart does not conform to the ticking of the clock, it has its own time and the clock does not know it, it is a secret. Only time will tell it.

Motivation is your ” WHY ”

Your WHY is the strong reason for you to desire something. It is not what you desire, but the strong reason you desire it. Let me give an example. If you want to stop working and go into business for yourself here are some possible explanations:
Your desire – to have your own business.
Your WHY – to be independent, to have more time for your family, to have more time to pursue your dreams.
So you see that your WHY often goes beyond the physical objectives themselves. Your why often satisfies a psychological need. That is important. If your reason for doing something is just material, it is unlikely to see you through the difficult times to achieving your dreams.
Your WHY has to look beyond the physical. It has to be from deep within. That way when the going gets tough, your WHY will see you through it because it is a strong, burning reason. It is a reason that will stand strong in the face of opposition.
Now you have a working definition of motivation.

What is healing music ??

If you look on the Internet or go into your nearby audio store you're likely to find music labeled Healing Music. The section may include music for relaxation, meditation, stress reduction, pain relief or tapping into one's soul. There may be a variety of instruments or sounds from a forest or the ocean.

So what makes this music healing music?

Music has a way of stirring our innermost feelings and all of our senses, of tapping into parts of ourselves unlike anything else. Music is a universal language that has the ability to speak to us deeply and uniquely.

If you've paid much attention to how you respond to a variety of music, you may have noticed that some music seems to energize you, some music can move you to tears or spark a special memory of a time, place, food, or perhaps a certain person. Some music seems to make you relax, feel less stressed, and feel happier. And some music fills us with deep spiritual attunement.

Dream And Motivation

Do you have the motivation of the few people that manage to get past just dreaming to actually living their dreams?


While it is true that we all have dreams, it is not true that we are all living our dreams. You could be stuck and for some reason just unable to get past dreaming. What secrets do those that make their dreams come true possess?
Some get rich quick schemers will tell you there is a magic formula to success and they will give it to you at a fee. Obviously they are only after your money. Get rich quick is a good way to get robbed quick.


Others will say that you cannot have unlimited success, wealth and happiness. They have the view that success is only for the few that are destined by fate to have it and not for you. Obviously they look at you through their own mirror of limitations and failures. Trust me, I know plenty of them.
